Can someone give me recipes for the raw diet?

Its not “the” raw diet, its just a diet consiting of mainly raw foods. There are many elaborate recipes, such as sprouted sunflower pates, and nonsense such as that, but I find raw fruits and veggies, and sprouts to be just perfect as they come. Buy organic veggies, if you can. If not, make sure to really scrub the commercial stuff to get rid of as much pesticides as you can (no possible way to get rid of them all, I am afraid) and eat them as they came from the ground. Homemade sprouts are tasty, nutritious, and a fun hobby. I eat about 80 percent raw, and 20 percent lightly cooked or steamed. Its too complicated and boring to stick to all the complicated stuff-much better to enjoy real food as nature intended. Good luck and enjoy. Your body will thank you with glowing skin, rapid weight loss, shiny hair, and loads of energy!
