A balanced, healthy diet is the best way to gradually lose weight. Make sure to have lots of fruits and veggies, to drink 3-4 glasses of milk a day and to have high protein foods such as lean meats, nuts, fish and beans. Tackle your weakness gradually, for example if you like to snack a lot during the day then slowly change from potato chips, to whole grain crackers with pb, then to veggies and dip. Try eliminating your comfort food, such as mac &#038; cheese and finding healthier recipes for it. If you are on a 2000 calorie a day diet
change it to a 1500 calorie a day diet
with excercise you are bound to lose weight.

ALSO if you excercise for less than an hour you will maintain your weight, but i you do more than an hour a day you will lose weight</description>

When you're at the store or supermarket, don't buy a big pack of soda, or the big jugs.  Only purchase a small amount of the little, individual cans.  

Allow yourself only a set amount of soda per week- this gives you a bit of freedom, but keeps you from having too much.

When you do drink soda, take it one small sip at a time, and focus on it- no chugging or mindless drinking.

Pour yourself a glass of water and put it on your counter or table- when you're thirsty, just drink that.</description>

I used to drink soda when I was little like it was water. Now, I drink nothing but water, juices, and teas. I think soda is for children anymore.

Just remember thre are flavored waters that have a better taste and have just about the same fizz as soda.</description>

i dont understand whats so hard about stoping drinking  sugar sodas i mean its not that hard to only drink water i do it everyday. Did you now that in your diet you shoudnt drink fruits juices especially orange and apple ones, cuz they have alot of carbs( not kiding) and calories for fruits, but its still really healthy. so just drink water.</description>
