Don’t go on a diet. Make small changes to your diet that are healthy and that you can live with for the rest of your life. Try cutting out sweets (it’s okay to have a treat occasionally). Try eating a high fiber cereal for breakfast. Change your bread choice to 100% whole wheat bread. Small changes like that can make a big difference. If you diet to lose the weight, more than likely you will be in the same predicament this time next year. Good luck.

Skip the diet idea. You might not be overweight. If you have a lot of muscle, that will bring up your weight. Also, just exercise. Run, take part in a club sport, or join a team. If you want to stick to something, think that this is going to impress _________ (for example, hot guys), or just do it for yourself.

Slowly cut off eating bad food, and try to get into a habit of eating only WHOLE, UNPROCESSED food. No food in packages AT ALL. I don’t care if it says “Low cal!” Or “Fat free!” These are deceiving ways by the food companys to get you to buy their food by making you think it is healthy, when in all actuality it is chemically processed. So be smart! A lot of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and lean meats and of course good fats like avocado, walnuts, olive oil, and my favorite cashews..mmmmm. It should go like this for fat loss. The better you stick with it, the less lean tissue is lost. With this you are only losing water, and fat. - 45% of total cals from veggies, fruits, grains, 30% from LEAN protein sources, and 25% from GOOD fats. Good luck!

what i think you should do is eat less amount of things but eat often.
example:
breakfast: just milk with waffles

through out the day apple, later maybe some cookies maybe try to eat a lot of fruits and stuff like lettuce tomatoes, mix things like that as long as u like it.

for dinner eat less but still eat, try not 2 eat chips and all that stuff , try to walk everyday at least for 1/2 hour

good luck!!!

Dieting can be tricky, especially at such a young age. A HUGE reason we grab junk food is not because we really “need” it… it’s because our blood sugar (glucose) is low and our body knows that sugars will do a quick job of restoring our levels. A suggestion that worked for me: Make yourself eat something healthy every 2 hours. I know this sounds difficult, and it is at first. But keeping your glucose levels steady with apples, carrots, broccoli, etc., will really help. Also, every time you are tempted to eat something not-so-good-for-you, remind yourself that your brain is just telling you that your glucose levels are down and it doesn’t require junk food to restore them. Make sure everyone around you (including your parents) knows about your plan to stick to a healthy diet so they can encourage you in your efforts. Another tip: recently, I lost about 20 pounds by drinking a juice that someone had recommended to me. I loved it so much that I now sell it (don’t get me wrong… I’m not a salesperson, I’m a chiropractic student). The basis behind Goji juice (pronounced “go - g” as in “Gee Whiz”) is that it helps to alkalinize your body. Basically, carbohydrates and lipids (fats) get turned into acid in your body. Since we live in a society where carbs and lipids are the main source of calories in our diet (even when we’re trying REALLY hard to avoid them!), most of us have very acidic bodies. Viruses & bacteria love an acidic environment and thrive and reproduce in our warm, acidic bodies. That’s one of the reasons we get sick all the time. Lipids are also stored in our bodies when they are not basic. So this juice helps to balance out the acid and allows us to let go of the excess weight. The only reason I tell everyone about it now is because of the impact it’s had in my life. If you’re intrested in checking it out, you can visit my page at. No matter what route you choose in losing weight, just make sure you play it smart, ask for advice from those who know about it, and have fun!

The Trim System Body Kit is really good. It focuses on the Protein Plus Diet created by the Better Life Institute which encourgages healthy balanced eating for a lasting lifestyle change.
It also comes with delicious meal supplements like protein bars and shakes and natural supplements like CLA, Citrimax and Chromatemeate so you will curb your appetite and retain muscle while you are losing fat.
For excercise it comes with DVDs that only take 10 minutes per day and focus on the four basics of cardio, weight bearing, core and stretching.
This is simply the easiest, most natural and complete program I know of.
Follow the link below if you’d like to order it.
