Find something that works for YOU. Lifestyle changes are difficult so start slow. Don’t pick a radical diet and try to dive into it. Choose something that is pretty close to your current diet and ease into it. Over time, you can slowly make improvements until you find a system that works for you.
If you need motivation or if you’re tempted, imagine how you plan to look and feel…realisitcally.
Good luck.

don’t just stop eating the things you like b/c you’ll go right back to eating junk in no time. just try to cut back the amounts of the bad foods. say having only 1 piece of chocolate a day or fast food only once a week. try to replace those things with foods that taste good. nobody will stick to a diet that tastes bad. replace candy with fruits and replace soda with water. i can’t stress that one enough. if you change only 1 thing about your diet, make it cutting out soda. drink water instead. it’s all about what YOUR golas are and how much self-discipline you have. nobody can make you do it, you have to want it. if you cheat on a diet, you’re only cheating yourself and you’ll have only yourself to blame.

just stick to any basic normal diet and exercise routine, but remember the reason why diets and working out do not work for people is that it does take allot of discipline. you have to start adding the discipline in your life in order to get motivated to stick to a good healthy diet and exercise routine.

When u create a diet kep in mind that your aim is to lose weight and yet stay healthy. For breafast choose one either a diet chocolate or four slices of bread with a bowl of fruits.
Have lunch moderate like two chapatis and no rice for dinner eep it light only milk or curd rice. But unch somethig every two hours as less the food less the calorie intake and the body will use stored fats. So eat milky bar (small one) every tw hours to keep u energetic.Sticking to your diet depends on the love u have for ur body shape
Cheers

you actaully can still eat big meals when you are trying to eat weight. i wouldnt suggest a ‘diet’ as they can actually promote unhealthy eating and get you into bad habitis (past expirience)
- eating 3 big meals a day but make sure they are healthy (this will fill you up and stop junkfood snacking)
- drink water when you are feeling snacky (it is the healthiest option and fills you up good)
- excersize
- MOST IMPORTANT- eat breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. as soon as you start eating breakfast- your body starts burning fat so eat it early

i say you need to make your own diet and set rules that you are confortable with following. do all the points i said and you are sure to stay healthy.

good luck

Livelife,

Live Life! There is a book “The Eat-Clean Diet” by Tosca Reno that I can’t say enough about. It teaches you how to EAT! I bought the book and my daughter and I are living the life. She has been overweight all of her life and she is just now letting go of weight and bad habits of a lifetime.

Exchange candy for nuts and fruits and fresh vegetables. Broil, boil or bake meats and don’t skip meals. A vegetable fruit portion is about the size of a tennis ball or your fist. A meat portion is about the size of a deck of cards. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day, take snacks with you.. I like the practical approach and it is healthy.

There are also some good diet tips on this web site:

You can’t create a “diet” and stay with it.

You can change your lifestyle and stay with that.

There are 4 pillars of weight control.

Motivation to look better, feel better, and live longer.

Proper nutrition to give your body the quality mix of food it needs to strive.

Calorie management for weight control.

Exercise for calorie managment, a strong immune system, a healthy cardiovascular system and better mental health.

Check the links for ideas, and good luck.
