Ever heard the saying “there are no magic bullets”?
There is truth in that statement. You’re wasting your money if you think those pills will actually work. Only a reduction of calories, eating healthy and exercise will help you lose weight. Otherwise, your blowing your money on empty promises.
Acai berry is just the latest marketing gimmick like Alli.

I did the ‘free’ trial…only to discover NO RESULTS, and a total waste of 5 bucks shipping and handling…not only that..but the so called FREE trial turned into an 88 dollar automatic charge to my bank account 15 days later because I didn’t cancel before the 15th day…which I didn’t know about. They are a joke of a product. What works is diet and exercise. Eat well, live well…that’s the only thing that has worked for me, ever. So well that I’ve lost 15lbs in 2 weeks just by eating normally, and walking every day after my meals for 15 minutes at lunch and 30 after dinner.

Yeah, you can’t just expect to take some magic pill or drink a magic purple liquid and suddenly lose weight. You need to combine regular exercise and diet. However, if you want to find more information about Acai, there is a decent Acai search engine I found at eacaiberry.com.

Hi,
The thing is Acai supplements on their own are not a weight loss product.
Acai is rich in antioxidants and ideal to build/rebuild your immune system and detox/cleanse your body. A side effect is that you may lose some weight - But Acai is not a diet product.
There are some products that are coming out that use Acai and other herbal ingredients which have been designed as a specific weight loss aid. (Amazon SlimaTox is one … Acai and Hoodia)
But sorry to say, promoting Acai alone as a weight loss product is pure marketing hype.

The first real acai berry supplement is called Acai Berry 500. This is the brand that got all the press on Fox News and Oprah, which deemed the phrase the number one superfood. The weight loss effects were noticed after just three days, and the energy boosts were huge about 20 minutes after consuming the capsule.
Extreme Acai Berry was the first of the copycats to hit the market. It is definitely a great supplement and has many of the same benefits that our number one rated acai berry has. The biggest problem we saw when reviewing this product is that it took a little bit longer to kick in. The weight loss effects took about 2 weeks, which was quite a bit longer then our top supplement.
The final acai berry supplement we reviewed was the detox version. This first hit stores about a month ago, and is not really even acai berry at all. This is actually a vitamin supplement made up of a lot of other antioxidants, and just one of those are acai berry. It won’t have any of the weight loss effects, and maybe some energy boosting capabilities. This doesn’t mean it is a bad supplement, because it is loaded with antioxidants, but the name acai berry is very misleading.

It took me about a week to notice anything different. After that time, I had lost a couple pounds, but my energy level was way up. Following the first week is when I really started to lose weight. Ended up losing 43 pounds in 3 months and am still losing weight.
You can check out my story below.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Acai berry in pill fowm, in juice form or raw, does not have any proven weight loss benefits.
Yes, it is a healthy fruit with lots of antioxidans, with similar properties to blueberries, grapes or red wine.
You should include acai berries in your diet for the health benefits, but do not expect to lose weight.
I reccomend exercising more, that is if you aren’t already, and eat a sensible diet. The weight will come off eventually, just be patient and you will see results.

Acai pills are definitely not a miracle weight loss diet solution but I know they can help. Their extremely healthy properties along with the obvious libido effects have helped me and some of my friends.
