There are a million diets. The best way to lose weight is to just eat less, eat right, and exercise, exercise, exercise. This way you don’t have to count calories, eat special foods, but special this and that. It’s really very simple, but people make it so difficult. Don’t be fooled by all the fancy diets, etc. Anybody can lose weight and stay fit. It takes mind power too, don’t forget.
