Eating right and moving more. It’s really the only effective/healthy/safe way to go about it. When you go to weight watchers you are paying money for something you can do without paying $40 a month for.

DIETS DON’T WORK. i can’t stress that enough..to ANYONE. do everything in moderation..have a set excercise plan..and you’re safe with that. if you find yourself craving something, let yourself have it….but in moderation.

The healthiest diets are the ones that allow you a little bit of everything. You just reduce the quantities. Oh, and you have to burn up calories by exercising. I prefer to take exercise out doors so I can get fresh air. Just loosing weight isn’t enough - muscles need to be toned and oxygen needs to get pumped through your body! That’s when you start to feel really good.
We’re all different, and whatever diet you choose should allow you freedom of expression - to be yourself and to feel good about yourself.
I totally agree with you about the Atkins diet. But then, I live in a cold and wet climate and carbohydrates are an absolute necessity! Whatever diet you choose, ensure you drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I suspect it’s the fat content that does for all of us. Only I love cream and butter and it’s just so H-A-R-D to give them up!

Eat when your Hungry ,(only)
Eat what you want,(especially the healthy things you like)
Eat consiously,(listen for your body to signal its full, enjoy your food eat slower)
Stop when full,( you do not have to eat all that is on your plate.,
wrap it up and save for the next time your hungry)
Exercise, is a great help, and it doesn’t have to be at a gym, you can walk around the block, ride a bike , dance to music,
you can exercise sitting down if you have phsyical issues , move your arms up down , lift your legs , stretch, things like these all movement is exercise , do a little each day and increase as it becomes easier.
Good Luck.

No Die it/diet
and spiritual health is the most important Mat. 6:33, when we feel good about who we are, it’s easier to work on what we are;
first find out your blood type
A type can not digest red meat, it’s fat builds in those bodies
O type can digest red meat
that is 90% of all blood types
Omega 3 for good blood flow, and multiple vitamins
fiber cereal breakfasts for digestion and a movement a day
exercise to your body type (shape, what shape are you?),
pear (weight in thighs & butt) exercise to work the thighs
apple work the stomach and thighs
banana work to get the curves where you want them, and gone if they grow in the wrong places
stay away from msg and junk food, healthy food will satisfy
and make sure your colin is getting rid of toxins
fresh fruit and vegies
and join our group and share what you care;
Have you ever taken the time to simply read Isaiah 52;12 throu 53:12
If you do you will know that besides as myself being born Jewish, what a true Jewish person is suppose to believe.
it is very simple, even a simpleton can understand what Isaiah is saying, That our Messiah will die innocent for our sins, and will be rejected, and will be exalted to even have kings shut their mouths at him.
thanks for your words and I will put this on our newest letter to mail out from our group, thanks and feel free to share for our group too, thanks again;
1 who is our Jewish Messiah?
from a Jewish Member; Here is the Orthodox text: Isaiah 9:5 chapter 9 verse 5. “For a child has been born to us, a son is given, and he is mighty God, … the prince of peace.”
2 Is Orthodox rabbi Schneerson as some claimed the Jewish Messiah?
no he doesnt fill the bill! the Jewish Prophecies prove who our Messiah is;
be happy in Jesus and keep your body free
