Okay, I know you said not to, but I am going to do it anyway. No Diet Pills work. If you are training and doing cardio and have a proper
diet, you can take CLA after you have a meal, up to 3 times a day. You can get it at any specialty store like GNC, The Vitamin shop, or by online at Puritans Pride, or DPS.com

There isn’t any diet pill that really works. Pills just mess up your body and make it unhealthier.

Hey there, just a question. How old are you if you don’t mind me asking?
I have just started using Duromine 15mg recently. It works great, but you need to exercise & eat correctly with it.

Diet pills don’t work, especially the ones you see on TV. You can take supplements that will work along with healthy diet and exercise. People seem to have this notion that they can pop a pill and all their problems (weight) goes away. It doesn’t work like that, those diet pills contain some ingredients that are actually harmful like ephedrine. That is actually a stimulant that can raise blood pressure. The rest of the ingredients are just a proprietary blend of garbage. Your doing just fine with diet and exercise, good old fashioned hard work. You’ll get there don’t worry, good luck.

Yeah, you’ll get lots of answer here
telling you they don’t work, or they’re
bad for you…or BOTH!

I am still researching this myself, and
what I have learned so far is that…

…not all diet pills are created equally.

Which is pretty obvious, but worth keeping
in mind.

Anyway, I’m still researching this but one
article I found which helped does shed some

Diet pills do work! I used redotex that pill from mexico, and it does work. I was 189 pounds and in one month I lost 20 pounds. After 2 months I went down to 165.Now 4 months later I started again and it’s been 7 days and my jeans are loose again so those pills work.
