My girlfriend has tried most things to lose weight but nothing has worked nearly as good as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it’s been covered on CNN and Fox News. She lost 7 pounds in three weeks. She buys it off a friend at work but I found this site in Google; - they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they’re worth a try?

Hi,
Try to eat your basic 3 meals, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and in between 10am and 3 pm a snack. Try not to eat too many carbohydrates late in the day. Increase your fiber intake (oatmeal, high fiber cereals, etc..) Make sure you drink plenty of water.
Diet pills work best when you have a combination of balance eating and exercise. But they will help you with energy, appetite control, water loss and speeding up the metabolism.
Here are some products:
Nutrex Lipo6 Hers
MuscleTech Hydroxycut Max
Hope this helps!

Caralluma Burn contains a revolutionary new ingredient that clinical research suggests helps suppress the appetite. It works naturally in the body to help reduce your appetite so it won’t undermine your weight-loss efforts. I would suggest just proper diet and exersize, because if you are still breastfeeding your baby, the chemicals in the weightloss pills could be ridiculously harmful to your baby, also, there is NO TELLING what they put in those pills.
Congratulations on your husband coming home, God Bless him for serving his country. My husband just came back in May and though he was injured, it was the happiest day of my life to see him alive!
Good luck and God bless!

Don’t start any bad habits, like diet pills…..try to omit sugar and flour from your diet. That way you will be eating all the right stuff. Read labels, its amazing how much sugar there is in certain foods.

Check out this link below. It lists foods that are low in fat and calories so that you can eat and be full. Many have “negative energy”, in that the body uses energy in digesting them. It may not be a miracle cure, but it does work. No hunger pangs and rumbling stomachs. Remember though that he is going to be so happy to see you and your new baby. That he’ll be happy with you, don’t worry about the normal weight gain during/after childbirth. Congrats.

Hi
There is no pill that will EVER fix all..Period. All the Diet Pills on the Market except Alli have not been approved or tested by the FDA. Diet pills have some deadly consequences if you use them wrong.
If your ****** Feeding. NEVER take any medication without the Doctors approval.
But I have something that may work.
Like I am very busy too.
Here is what I have been doing and I have lost 5 lbs this week.
First my diet.
Breakfast- I cup special K with Skim milk. With Fruit
I have a Turkey salad for lunch with some fruit.
If I ever get hungry before dinner, I have some Pop corn with some Crystal Light.
For dinner, I either have
1 cup pasta with some chicken.
and then NO Eating after 7oclock.
I also take a mile walk around the sub with our dog. But if you have a stroller you can start walking.
Don’t expect a pill to fix everything. IF that was the case everyone in America would be thin.

Be careful with diet pills–I’ve had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah and Rachel Ray. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from and it’s been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I’ve lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

Be careful not to form a gallstone. Post postpartum women often have gallbladder attacks. Sudden extreme weight loss is what forms gallstones. You give birth to a baby and suddenly lose 20 lbs in a day.
I know because I just had my gallbladder removed and it was a 2 1/2 cm stone which most likely got from having my son who is now 3 years old. It takes a very long time to develop a 2 1/2 cm stone. 3 years…
When I was 9 months pregnant with my son I weighed 211 lbs. Now I weigh 132 lbs. And I just had my gallbladder removed. The slower the weight loss the better!
