It’s really hard to get a well defined face for some people because it’s really dependent upon genetics, especially if you lose weight from your body but you don’t see much change in your face. Try to eat less salty food and that could help you retain less water and possibly make your face less puffy appearing.

That is a question you need to ask your Dr. A diet that works for someone probably doesn’t work for others. The KEY is: When you are TRULY ready to loose weight you’ll be successful on most any diet. But don’t beat you self in the mean time. Realize your issues and embrace them. You can only fix what you know is broken. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF, AND ALL WILL FALL INTO PLACE.

I’ve got a book called “the feel good face lift”. It suggests many excercises for toning ****** muscles. Perhaps you need to exercise your ****** muscles and see if that works? I just typed in “facial exercise” in google and got heaps of different results. Give it a try and see what you get. I hope this works! I don’t have a chubby face, but I’ve been exercising my ****** muscles. I figured, if your body needs to exercise, your face must need it too!!
