High protein definitely, because protein builds muscle, thats why body builders use protein shakes. If you don’t add enough protein, you will gain muscle, but very very very very slowly.

You might to try a low carb high protein diet. Begin by monitoring what you are eating on a daily basis, particularly the fat content in certain foods. Integrate protein shakes as a substitute to one of your meals and interval training on the treadmill.

Protein and carbs and healthy fats also. Protein to build the muscles and carbs for repair and fuel. Normally if you’re still building body mass, keep the carbs high, but if cutting to get ripped then keep the carbs low and limit to post workout.
