Recent studies have shown that acaiberry, acai fruit and acaiberry pills can be very beneficial to weight loss and healt. It comes from acai trees which grow in the rainforests of brazil,Panama, Trinidad, Ecuador. Acai berry pills are made from tried acai fruit or from extracts made from the acaiberry. These suppliments are taken to help stop the effects of certain health conditions or even in the prevention of them.

Acai berry pills and extracts are most commonly taken for weight loss along with acai fruit. You see, the fibre in acai fruit and acaiberry helps your body to digest food more efficiently and it also makes you feel full more quickly, so you are less likely to overeat.

Because acai berry, acai berry pills and acai fruit all contain a large amount of nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins makes acaiberry a good supplement for general overall health, along with being a good supplement for specific conditions. The acai berry can be used to increase energy, help you sleep better, improve your body’s alertness levels, relax muscles (which promotes healing!), and even help prevent heart disease.

i have been using it myself now for few weeks, just to see what all the fuss was about acaiberry and i do feel that my energy levels are so much higher and i have lost weight also as im not eating and snacking like i use to. Alot of people seem to think that when you star taking diet pills then the kilos will just start falling off, but unfortunately it doesnt work like that. The reality is that you do need to put a little effort in and control what you eat at the same time and little exercise wont do any harm :) If you want to know a little more about acaiberry then i have supplied a link in sources box you can use.
All the best :)

Searching for the best diet pills is never easy. Why? There are a lot of scams going on that you would never suspect if whether or not a certain pill is even good or not.To be on the safe side, it is always best to buy pills that are prescribed by your doctor. However, sometimes this is not that easy since most diet pills are sold without prescription. In short, they are just sold over the counter.
If you are the type who has a weight problem because of a very good appetite, you might consider buying an appetite suppressant diet pill; an example of this is Hoodia Gordoni. This kind of pill acts on your brain to fool your stomach that it is full hence you will have a decreased appetite. Another approach that diet pills take is to increase your metabolism. An example of this is Lean System 7 and the now growingly popular Xenical. With this kind of pill, always expect that you will be visiting the bathroom often as a side effect to its approach of increasing your metabolism.

Diet pills are not miracle pills and as they have a low success rate you are better off without them.

If you want to take them regardless you might as well take one that was in the top 5 of a medical report I came across about a year ago. The top 5 are supposed to be Orovo Detox, ZCA Stack, Phentermine (prescription only), Hamcho Slim and Hoodia Chaser.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good ******** exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I don’t know if you’ve heard of the Acai ones or not but I saw them on Oprah and Rachel Ray.. I ordered the sample from and I’ve been using it for like 2 weeks and I think it is really working with my energy and metabolism and all that! That is what I would recommend! :)

heya there… so many people claim that most of the diet pills they take are the best and it works after you try them but most of them are just a waste of money. Before, I tried about 5 different diet pills of which all of them didn’t really work but after I found Proactol- it was the best ever diet pill i’ve ever had. It took only a month for me to lose nearly 13 lbs. and I can’t believe the results… oh by the way check this site,

for the other information you might need.

Good luck!

I actually started using an energy pill to see if it’d help me through work (it’s called 8 hour energy) - but I actually lost a lot of weight in the first couple months.

Do you drink coffee? It’s not healthy but it makes your body burn more calories… my trainer recommended the 8 hour stuff though.

I have found a weight loss program that offers exceptional solutions to most Dieter’s three main challenges.

1. Eating right and cutting calories
2. Boosting a tired metabolism and helping with energy
3. Helping calm hunger and the stress of dieting

Best of all, the program provides a simple way to not only lose weight, but to help you keep it off too!

Using the products in this comprehensive program together gives your body what it needs to lose weight. No more counting calories or trying to balance how to get the right mix of nutrients within your calorie limit. The Program is flexible to fit your needs. You can define HOW you use it to meet your lifestyle, even a lifestyle that’s on the go.

A lot of people have lost weight by using this program. Most of which have tried every diet you can think of before and it didn’t work. Just to name a few here are the ones they’ve tried. Jenny Craig, NutriSystem, Weight Watchers, Atkins, the cabbage diet, Advocare, Assential, Juice Plus, Herbalife and Isagenix. And none of them worked. Does that sound familiar?

In fact, one guy that I know lost over 50 lbs. in 3 months. If you’re interested or want more information on this program send me a message and I can get you in touch with my friend who lost the weight. He loves helping people with their weight loss problems.

But we’ve taken Acai Berry one step further. By combining Acai extract with a combination of nutrients that help with weight-loss, increasing energy levels, skin antioxidant that helps promote healthier looking skin.
