Actually, you don’t need to diet in fact to lose weight, the only method which definitely showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials left, it has been featured in Fox News and CNN. Though I do not take any diet pills (and fully believe that you can loose weight with out it, this is coming from someone who lost 110 lbs with out pills or surgery), the ONLY FDA approved diet pill is ALLI.
